Kojo Odame Missions (KOM) is a Ghana-based faith and grassroots-development mission rooted in the Assin South District. We use football, faith, and community outreach to unearth young talent, strengthen rural communities, and open new pathways for the next generation.
"To restore Ghana's sporting and spiritual vibrancy by raising disciplined, hopeful young people from rural communities — and giving them a real shot at the world stage."
Eight weeks of grassroots football across every electoral area of the Assin South District, backed by Ghanaian football legends.
Our work moves on three connected fronts — sport, faith, and education — because the same young person who needs a pitch to play on also needs a community to belong to and a path to build a future on.
Founded by Rev. Richard Kojo Odame, recently appointed Ambassador of Grass-roots Sports in Basic Schools by Ghana's Ministry of Sports and Recreation. His vision — that rural Ghanaian communities are full of untapped sporting and spiritual potential — is the engine behind KOM and the KOMA Cup.
Anchored in Christian values and service to our community.
We work in the villages and schools, not just the capital.
We don't just find talent — we help build a route forward.
We address community needs through integrated, multi-dimensional programs
The KOMA Cup is our annual grassroots football tournament across every electoral area of the Assin South District. It's how we find the next generation of Black Stars in places nobody else is looking, and give them the mentorship to go further.
Transforming lives through strategic, community-driven programs
